Trampoline Classes
We are proud to offer classes that focus on the many benefits of gymnastics for students of all ages, and experience. Gymnastics is one of the best sports to introduce and refine physical and social skills, such as:
- Coordination and balance
- Strength
- Discipline
- Self-esteem
- Social skills
All of our coaches are fully certified through Gymnastics Ontario and have completed training in safety, risk management, Respect in Sport, and NCCP coaching courses.
Join Anytime
We run an open-enrollment season and payments are due monthly. There are no registration deadlines and new students are welcome at any point during the year. It’s that easy!
The first month’s fees and non-refundable Gymnastics Ontario registration fee (renewable annually on July 1) are required to enroll.
How to Register
For your convenience, registrations are accepted online, over the phone, and in our office. To register online, see class schedules below. The ‘Register’ button will take you to the enrollment form for that specific class (or ‘Waitlist’ if the class is currently full). Class open status is updated in real-time.
Returning members: Please log in to your online portal to complete registration. Haven’t logged in before? Click ‘Forgot password or need to get started?” and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you.
Makeup Classes
Miss a class? No problem! Makeup classes may be scheduled in any other class of the same time length that is within the athlete’s age group. To schedule a makeup, please e-mail us at [email protected] or call us at (905) 839-5260.
Makeup classes do not expire, however, they must be used while the student is currently enrolled in a recreational program. Makeups have no cash value and cannot be used in lieu of payment for classes.

Classes utilize our in-ground and competitive-sized trampolines as well as our Tumble Trak. Participants ages 5-9 and 10-15 progress through our Progressive and Achievement Certification Trampoline Program.
Formerly Trampoline 1 and 2 classes.
Age groups: 5-9 and 10-15 years
Class length: 55 minutes
Cost: $65+HST/month
First payment will include 2018-19 Gymnastics Ontario registration fee

Advanced Trampoline Classes
Advanced Trampoline
For students who have earned their Bronze level or equivalent. Classes utilize our in-ground and competitive-sized trampolines as well as our Tumble Trak. Participants progress through our Progressive and Achievement Certification Trampoline Program.
Age group: 5-9 years
Class length: 55 minutes
Cost: $65+HST/month
First payment will include 2018-19 Gymnastics Ontario registration fee
Age group: 10-15 years
Class length: 1 hour, 25 minutes
Cost: $83+HST/month
First payment will include 2018-19 Gymnastics Ontario registration fee

Trampoline & Tumbling Classes
Trampoline & Tumbling
Classes utilize our in-ground and competitive-sized trampolines as well as our Tumble Trak. Participants ages 5-9 and 10-15 progress through our Progressive and Achievement Certification Trampoline Program. Class contains progressions in both Trampoline and Tumbling.
Tumbling only classes available for students 6-15 years.
Trampoline & Tumbling 5-9 class length: 55 minutes

Trampoline & Tumbling 10-15 class length: 1 hour, 25 minutes

Adult Trampoline Classes
Adult Trampoline
Beginning with basic jumps, participants in this program will work at their own pace and progress to more challenging skills. They will learn to combine the skills to learn basic compulsory routines. There is also a conditioning portion of this program to develop strength, endurance and flexibility.
Age group: 18+ years
Class length: 1 hour, 25 minutes
Cost: $83+HST/month
